Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order has been packed and left our store, you will be emailed a tracking number by Australia Post.

Please take note that customs have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time, to conduct routine checks.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase free from Eco Revolution store. However stock is subject to availability. We will send you a Ready for Collection email when your order is ready.
Store opening hours is from 9AM-5PM Monday to Saturday and 9AM-3PM on Sunday. Time may change on public holidays or some special occasions. We will let you know the time in Ready for Collection email.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has manufacturer's fault
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
- is unsafe;
- is significantly different from the sample or description; or
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Please note that the acceptable time for refund or replacement is within 28 days from the day on your receipt. Otherwise, we can refer you to the manufacturer during their warranty time.
Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please call us immediately. All orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, we aim for same-day shipping, therefore, it's important you contact us as soon as possible.
If products in your order are out of stock, will contact you to advise when they are likely to ship, at which time you can cancel your order if this is not suitable.
Credit Card Refunds
While we endeavour to process credit card refunds on the same day, please allow up to 2 days for us to process your refund. This refund once processed is subject to normal bank clearing processes which do not always occur instantly and are out of our control but as a guide should settle in your account up to 3 days after processing.
