Can be used wet or dry. Always test the area first to find the right pressure for your skin type. Always complete your body brushing with showering to wash away excess dead skin cells left on the body.

Starting at your feet, always use on the body gently in upward strokes to increase flow towards your heart. Continue the upwards motion on the front and back of your legs, your stomach and back. Continue from your hands with upwards strokes up the arm to the shoulder and underarm. On chest area, very gently (test this area first as it is generally more sensitive and adjust your pressure accordingly) start from lower neck area and stroke down towards the heart.
Rinse and dry after use. Bristles must face downwards.
